Try Specialty Parts, they are listed on the links page. I just ordered 5 quarts at about 8.50 each, plus some required additive at $4.00 per 4 oz.

Any auto parts store should have the LSD concentrate. The number above is just a Limited Slip additive in concentrate form(AMC's). If you just can't find it go to any car dealer. GM, Mopar etc they all sell their own brand of the stuff. Hard part may be finding the 30w motor oil because it requires "NON-DETERGENT" 30 weight. I run non-det motor oil w/o the additive(QT converted to part-time). Last time I bought some I bought a case so I haven't looked for it in awhile. The LSD concentrate isn't cheap either and personally I would just get the QT pre-mix stuff. It's less hassle and prolly not much more expensive and you won't have to spend so much time doing the figure 8 driving to get it dispersed and mixed through out the x-case. You only need 3 qts of the special sauce if you have the reducton unit and 2 qts w/o it so it's really not that big of cost every 25,000 miles or so.

I thought I'd heard reports of QT's burning the clutches when using the run-of-the-mill positraction additive with the 30w oil, and that the Jeep concentrated QT friction-modifier was something out of the ordinary. I'm not adventurous enough to find out for myself.
As for ND30w, my local Autozone had a spot on the shelves for that (I bought some for another gearbox).
