Hey does ne one no wear i can get tires that are 35 R16 that are d ply or bigger sizes

Yeah; I picked up a set with that description. Michelin XML 325/75-16's measure out to 38" tall, which might be bigger than you want. There are also smaller sizes in the XL and XZL styles, down to 7.50, 8.50 and 9.0x16's, which measure in the 33"-36" range.

The nice thing is that you can pick them up Canadian military surplus with lots of miles on them.
