Bearing tolerances

I am going to check the bearings today with plastigauge but don't know what the specs are. Does anyone know?

The crankshaft bearings in an '85 360.

That makes it easier to answer. #1,2,3,4 are 0.0010-0.0030 and #5 is 0.0020-0.0040 .
The shaft end play is 0.0030-0.0080
the rods are 0.0010-0.0030 and the side clearance is 0.006-0.018. Hope this helps........

I'm told that .0015 is ideal on all except the rear main, and that is .0025. Maybe it's just me but .003 has never left me feeling all that confident -- 'cept the rear main, 'course.
