Door Lock Wires Isolation

I would like to install the Lock/Unlock feature to my burglar system that I got from JCW. In order to do that I need to isolate the pairs that work the best either up above or down below. (Ceiling Modual or Door button) Does anyone know of the best way to do this? And color codes of the wires?

I bought one of these systems for my wife at Christmas for her van. I haven't installed it yet, HOWEVER, check out Bulldog.com. They have wiring colors and wire locations for everything from remote start to door locks.
