so i finally got my first full size jeep. i just picked up a 84 grand wagoneer for $400 and been driving it the last 3 days non-stop. lol i'm having so much fun in that thing. it's got the 360, auto, D44,AMC20.

now i already own a 97TJ and a 95XJ, and know where to get all the parts for those, but i don't have any good sources for the grand wagoneers. could you guys give me some good websites to start fixing up my new family member.

it drives beautifully considering it's 23years old and was only $400 and looks like swiss cheese, but the frame is good except for that little spot by the tank, and the body needs a good bit of work. now i just need good parts sources.

thanks.

Additionally, you could try teamgrandwagoneer.

yeah yeah yeah....i'll get some pics of it. i've been at the shop till almost every night this week, and now i'm at home sick, so i haven't gotten a chance to take pics yet.

my body shop tech actually found it on his way home and gave the guy my phone number. i'll try to get some pics up by this weekend.

tuesday the back 1/2 of the exhaust fell off while driving. LOL that was kinda funny. but it actually sounds pretty good. it sounds like an actuall truck exhaust now. lol the passenger door upper hinge pin was also broken off, so my body guy and me drilled out the old broken pin and replaced it with a bolt. now the door works again.

now i just gotta figure out why it doesn't have any "up and go", why the dash lights don't work, why the gauges go over when i turn the lights on, and replace all the u-joints (front passenger axle joint has a broken cap).

oh yeah......fix all the holes in the body. LOL

ok, so these pics are way overdue, but i'm bad about remembering to take pics of my rides. LOL and yeah it's pretty rusted, but i'm sure you guys are used to that. either way, it's a very nice ride, and will clean up quite nicely. thing drives beautiful.
