I have an opportunity to buy a '72 J2500. This is a 1 owner PA truck that was last inspected in 1983 and has been parked in a pole barn since. It is in original condition with all emblems and two tone paint. Overall, for an east coast truck it is in **** good shape, however it's not totally rust free. I am interested in parting this out if people generate enough interest in the parts.

Parts already spoken for:
rear bumper, both door panels, bench seat, 3pc headliner, windshield, door sill plates

Parts that would be available:
7' bed w/tailgate (bed has rust at seams, tailgate has rust at bottom)
both front/rear Dana 44's
AMC 360 w/86k miles
GM 400 tranny
Dana 20 transfer case
both front fenders are solid
both doors are solid w/minor surface rust on bottom
decent razor grille w/ Jeep emblem
cab (solid floors no rust)- cab is in great shape for an east coast truck
complete black dash (dash pad has no cracks) w/instrument panel gages
and heater controls, original radio is missing
steering column (w/horn ring)
complete frame
hood
chrome trim for front fenders, cab, doors and 7' bed (good condition)

I just looked at this truck and crawled all over it. I have a J4000 that will use some of the parts but most I don't need. Sorry I don't have pics at this time. Let me know if anyone is interested. Email me with parts requests.

Thanks,
Tim

would be interested in the "complete black dash (dash pad has no cracks) w/instrument panel gages
and heater controls, " and interior items . .especially if black . .and of course if you ever split the tailgate from the bed :-) Email sent.
