IMHO you need to order the NOS ones from e bay ( i saw 2 for sale) and not the cheap crappy ones from Nappa / schucks/autozone

The Oem ones will last 10X longer and wont snap as you are trying to install them

Ours are $17 with the IFSJA discount, and they are the same ones that the dealer sells (we sell them to the dealers as well). The ones in parts stores are usually a temporary solution. They don't have as much nylon in them, and they are stored wrapped in a circle. The plastic remembers this form, and tends to become brittle after sitting for a while. We keep ours straight, but with the added nylon they will conform to the bend in the regulator. I used the store ones a while back, and broke three before I gave up.

Definitely go with the one from BJ's. I had one of theirs for my driver's side window and it went in easily. Just before my roadtrip, the one on the passenger window failed and I bought one from my local auto parts...what a piece of crap that is. It actually broke when I was trying to unroll it - luckily it was still long enough to use. Definitely a much lower quality than what you get from BJs.
