Hey all.

Well I have spent some time under the hood trying to get my vacume system and carbarator running correctly. It is still stalling when cold and stumbling when I go to take off.

First Question: Are the two vacume motors on the air cleaner horn run off the same hose connection or do they both have their own seperate hose nipple under the cleaner?

Would this alone cause it to stumble and stall. I have been following all the other post on cold starts and stalling. I have done all those tips but she still stalls.

I need to fix this to help with wife approval when she needs to drive the Wagon. You know how it is.

Well now I know that im talking to someone that is experiencing the same weather hehehe. You sound like me. Now that its cold all that stuff has reared its ugly head. I have all that stuff on my air cleaner propped opened and unhooked from any vac.. Those things are mearly helpers to make it warm up quiker and control the temp of inc air.. but a properly setup choke and carb should be able to start cold.. Mine is wrong too.. the choke is the only thing I havent really gotten right since My carb rebuild. Ive been using my block heater to keep it warm out there in the driveway, then I start it right up and its nearly blowin warm air already mabye some choke friendly people will get is pointed in the right direction.

You know it. It's cold up here in da UP. I happen to like the winter unlike yourself. How has yours been running since you removed all the vacume junk from you wagon Clark? I have been considering this with mine but don't want to get into the hole rejetting thing.

I just want my wagon to GO when I step on the pedal not stall or hesitate.

Some One help us!!! Please!!!!!! http://www.ifsja.org/ubb/biggrin.gif
