O.K. drove the Wag this afternoon, shut it down.. went back out an hour later.. started her up and proceeded to take off, but wait.. bogging down..slight accel. w/ flattened power..back of throttle smooths a little..back on throttle flattens out again. managed to get it back home..idles as normal but when reved flattens out again.. After it cools off outside(110 right now) 1. Checking fuel pump pressure 2. checking timing (via rotor visual).. any other ideas.. daily driver need to fix her tonight.. Thanks Guys/Gals

Check the exhaust. Maybe the cat or muffler is plugged causing it to restrict flow under acceleration. I would also replace the fuel filters.

Like JeepJeep said, I would check the fuel filters. Also might want to check the coil. Just guesses. Do you have the 2150 on your wag? Can't remember.

However it would do that wiht the cat prob also..I know coils will quit with heat.. but it is running... Kinda weird that it ran fine this morn/afternoon.. it just happened after sitting for an hour or so..I'm waiting till morn to beat the heat to check these items.. I appreciate ya'lls help.. :D

Went to the store to get ice , it's pickin HOT here.. well it ran fine.. hhmmm COIL seems to be the problem.. going to take it off in the morn. and give it the ol shake test then its off to the Zone to test it hopefully get a new one.. always had coils quit but not flatten out.. learn something new everyday :D

Sometimes when coils start going bad they work just fine with no load ( idle or run up sitting still) but when you put a load on them (driving) they don't put out what they should.

Drove it to the Zone this A.M. tested coil.. tested good but replaced anyways.. only $12.99 and a set of wires.. runs better now.. I'm sure it was the coil though.. Again Thanks for the help Guys... :D
hey sorry about the delay in the post but, just a comment.. today I cut off my cats, they were only about a year old.. I did not have an airpump so they may have been clogged.. I cant belive the diffrence in power I now have..
