easy fix for electrical problem

I had written here a while back about brake switch making the dash lights come on. Well after a lot of replies and hemming and hawing and not wanting to spend hours fixing it, I finally took off the tailight and saw that someone had put a dual element
bulb in the place of the single which shorted out the two contacts on the female plug. I have never had anything fix so easy, I even picked the right tailligth right off! thanks for all the help.

I had the same problem when I bought my GW and it was the same fix.interesting how people don't pay attention when replacing sometung as simple as a bulb.
