OK, after a lot of time spent over at the 715 Zone, decided to scratch the 200 idea. Went back to yard this afternoon to see if I could find a Dana60, and almost tripped over a divorced NP205. Bought it on the spot. While wandering around in the Dodge area, I saw this really huge POS t-case bolted up to the back of a TF727. So, In one trip, I scored a Divorced 205 for $50, and a 727 tailshaft, adapter, and NP203. Time to build another 727 I guess. The Tranny T-case setup is costing me $250. Tried to convince him that the 203 was worthless, but he wasn't biting. Wouldn't let me just have the adapter and output either. Soooo, guess I'm stuck with some left over parts.

Now to figure out how to go from the range box to a divorced case. I'm not sure you can use the same style adapter, because there are only 4 bolts in a rather small circle where the input to the tcase goes.

So, back to the drawing board, and back to asking for advice.

If the drop on the 203 was opposite of the drop on your rig I have seen people rig them with out cutting up the 203.

Pete, Crazyjeepman, built a 203 for a divorced set up and can likely walk you through what it takes or maybe sell you his if he ain't using it and still has it....
