i have a 79 chero w/t ,doing a soa with a front dana60 ,i realy dont want to use blocks .what about a shacle flip in the rear and revolvers up front .what size of lift spings would be needed at rear.i also realy dont want any more lift than the 7in.that the soa would give me what size tires could i run with 7inces of lift with w/t without fear of bad rubing on extreme articulation any thougths welcome and apriciated

Rear shackle inversion will get you the 7" with no blocks.... check out my Phot point pics link in the sig below.

As for tires... any lift on the springs?

If not.... 35's will go up in there for ya.... on a 8" rim or sure.... 10's might be close but I doubt it.

Just finished my soa with the dana 44 and yielded about 6.5". It all depends on how big you make your perch. For the rear I bought Rusty's rear 6" kit, which is 4" springs and a 2" block. Right now my rear looks a tad high, but I'm sure the springs will settle just a little.

As for tire size on a w/t. I'm running 35's with plenty of room.
