Need a Pic

of an engine compartment with a 258. I'm trying to figure out where the air snorkle attaches to the radiator support. I beleieve it is located on the driver side, or is it on the passenger side like the V8's

...looks like they forgot to install your engine in there....looks a little different with a 401 stuffed in there :D

I believe it is on the drivers side right near the coolant overflow tank. From what I remember its kind of crammed in there so it may be hard to see. Sorry I dont have pics cause the carter is out of there.

Mine didnt connect to the radiator support. Its an '81. It was next to the coolant overflow tank as mentioned above.

Thanks for the info. I've been kicking around an idea for dual snorkel air cleaner. Is it located under the over flow tank or next to it. If it's next to it, where is the windshield washer tank located?

on my 82 its on the driver side too. There is room to clear the overflow and resivours
