Hi:

Going to install (DPO removed it  ) my front D44 diff vent tube. The FSM does not show how it routes.

I believe it attaches to the passenger side of the raditor frame. I need the details of the rest of the route.

Could some one with a similar GW take a look and let me know how their's is routed?

Thanks

Lawrence

On my 87 it comes up on the drivers side of the radiator and attaches to the top radiator mounting bolt.

Same thing with my 86, comes up on the drivers side of the radiator and attaches to the top bolt.

The tube (I use fuel line) on mine has a check valve then a clamp that bolts to the
drivers side top radiator mount bolt, the tube pretty much just drops down along the
side of the radiator and loops over to the vent. Just make sure the tube is not to long
so it does not get cought on stuff, and it is not so short that it will run into problems when
the axle droops.
