how can you tell the ifference by looking at them?
All I can see is a small diff in the cut out

Balance is all that is different, you most likely would not be able to see it. Do not use one meant for a 360 on a 304 or vice versa unless you have it rebalanced. I think it would be easier and cheaper to buy a new one
