I've put about 2k on my rebuilt engine since Oct. Checked the oil yesterday and found oil pooling on top of the manifold by the 2 front manifold bolts. Did I read on here once that you should silicone the 2 front manifold bolts to prevent leaking? I didn't do that and now I have oil there. Let me know what it is.

Two front Manifold bolts are in water Jacket. It will either be Valve cover, or the front rubber gasket of the intake, that should have been thrown away and BLACK RTV used in its place.
May also be a loose oil fill tube. Take it out and make it slightly out of round (this will keep it in place better), use some black RTV to seal it, and tap it back in place.

If the filler tube is loose put it in upsidedown, it will fit TIGHT and the oil fill cap will also fit tighter

I bet it is the oil fill tube. When I went to take the cap off one day, the tube itself almost came with it. Thanks a bunch guys.
