ELECTRIC WINDOWS

I am trying to fix my two passenger side power windows but I don't know if what I am looking at is the "flex track" or if my Jeep has a different setup? All I see, with the door apart, is a metal railing that runs Nth/Sth and a plate that is ment to run that rail (which has the window bolt attached to it).
Here are some points I have made:
*The plate does not move freely along the guide-rail.
*The motor sounds like it attempting to do something

You have the flextrack setup. You can buy the track at most parts stores for about 12 bucks.

I did this repair, bought the flex at the dealer. It was a real easy jop, be sure to clean and lube everything. Frankly, taking off all the *real fancy GW door trim and fake leather* took most of the time!! Gota luv it though.
