I started this project about a little over a year ago. Everything went in as smooth as pie. the engine and tranny fit well. i have not really run into any snags. the only thing that has stopped me from firing this thing up is the lack of cash. i buy some parts and them continue. i run out of cash and hold the project to catch up on the pay checks. i will post a list of all the parts i have bought and sold to get this project to where it's at.
the donor truck was an 83 chevy one ton. i sold the engine, tranny and axles from my waggy to re coup from the intial purchase of 1200 bucks for the chevy.
why did i do this? i got sick and tired of breaking axles. from the rear, i broke the rear ring and pinion twice and both axles. i snapped the stub shafts, hubs, a couple of times. i broke two quadratrac cases. all this while wheeling on 35's and 4.56 gears. I know what you are thinking and you are right. all throttle wheeling baby!
here is what the wag looked like before the spring over

here's a pic of the axles set in place.

dig the U bolts, pretty handy when you need to remove the rear axle. i lost count of how many times i removed and put it back in.

those front fender flares are generic flares that come in roll from jc witney,
at this point, the front axle is exactly where i want it. it bolted right in. moving the axle forward would require more cash and parts. later down the road i will probably do it along with a four link and coils. the rear end also has plenty of room to move back to eventually.
the hydroulic clutch is the kit from novak. it includes a custom arm, braket, slave, and botls. i matched it up with a wilwood master cylinder. i will post pics of this set up tommorrow. the hydroulic brake line is car quest generic. i had to move the fuse bock three inches down and two inches over. the stock emergency brake had to be removed. i will be placing the new, (used from pick a part) hand brake in the middle of the two front seats.

here are some more pics, the rig sits a little too high right now and i thinking of maybe dropping the front a half an inch. those 38's look small.
i scored those rims from pick a part for 92 bucks, and five swampers for 400 bucks. http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o244/vincent95_photo/100_2925.jpg
i could have painted the big block and cleaned the outside of the carb but i know my self too well, the first mud hole i can get my self into is going to make the engine really dirty. that passenger side exhaust manifold is from a big 5 ton chevy truck with a big block, it dumps a little behind the motor mount. it cost me 15 bucks.
http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o244/vincent95_photo/100_2923.jpg
after a lot of cutting and a little welding i got the stock tunnel cover to fit. those are the stock shifters from the chevy, i heated the shifter and bent it down a little and to the right. it was hitting the metal trim under the glove box when i shifted into first and third.

There are two buttons that you can use to organize the list... from left to right, Bold, Italics, Underline, Left justify, Center justify, right justify, numbered list, bulleted list, decrease indent, increase indent, etc.

the only issue was installing the slave master cylinder. i installed it where the fuse box used to be. i had to cut a small dent in the fire wall above the fuse box to get it fit in there. the fuse box now sits two inches lower and three inches to the right. i had to fabricate a plate from 1/8 inch thick steel to reinforce where the slave and clutch pedal come together. i finished all this stuff in the weekend. i will take it apart and shoot pics again for you guys. i also had to modify the arm that pushes the slave in when you press the clutch. the hardest part of this whole clutch deal was the fabrication of the 1/8 inch thick plate, without it the pedal and slave would not have a strong attachment to the firewall. i needed to make a precise 1 and 7/8's hole to fit exactly where the pin on the pedal is. i don't have a lot of tools, which made it a little more hard. installing the parts from novak was easy, they were a bolt in deal. i will remove those as well to show you guys. i re- used the my old four inch superlift springs in the front, i al ready had them, so that lowered the cost a little. these springs combined with the spring over gave me a boat load of lift. with a little more fender cutting i think i will be able to flex some 42 inch iroks in the future. i got a baby coming in a month and my wife is going to take a year break from work, so no big tires any time soon. side note; i got a big *** can of flitz polishing comp. to polish my wheels and it sucked big time, but i tried it on a little bit of the paint and man it makes the paint look like new again.

I had that problem on a board once. Two suggestions: i - hit return twice; ii - type, at the beginning of each paragraph <p> that should work (if I remember rightly). By the way, what browsing software are you running?
