Fighting with my EGR on my Holley Manifold, just can't get it to line up. Can a Carter 625 be tuned enough to pass the NOx test we have in Mass?
If it has been done I can finally get my rig back on the road before the snow flies!!!
Thanks

I don't know the Nox limits in MA but I suspect it would be tough to pass here in CA without the EGR. Have you contacted Holly and asked them what EGR should be on the manifold??

probably not the egr valve specifically targets NOx emissions

IMHO anything can pass with a little help. I once had a gross polluter and there was no way in hell it would have passed, big piece of crap, anyway, ran the tank down to just about empty..literally, and dumped in 7 bottles of "Heet" from Wal Mart, it is gas line antifreeze (alcohol from what I understand) and went to the emissions site, the car had literally NO emissions...zero zip zilch, they took the emissions 3 times...nothing, they looked at me, gave me the paper and I left, well, the 3 times hurt me because I almost ran out of fuel and had to push the car to the gas station. anyway, just thought I would share that with you.
