Will a Waggy power steering box work with the GM crossover steering setup? Do I need the pitman arm from the GM steering box or will the Waggy pitman arm work if all the other GM arms are retained?

Pretty sure the GM pitman arm has a different taper to the hole. If it's the same length use it if you can, or have the waggy pitman arm reamed up like I did for my D60 high steer.

To be honest, I am not sure I understand what you are saying.
My main concern is can I use the Waggy power steering box?
What are you all using with the GM setup, a true high steer?
I like the idea of using what they have going on because I wouldn't have to mill and tap the passenger side knuckle and buy new arms.

the OE GM steering is not a favorable setup. you need to get that PS knuckle milled and tapped, or find one that already is.
With crossover steering you will retain your waggy's steering box and pitman arm but to use a GM TRE at the pitman, the pitman hole will have to be reamed larger
