Well, seeing how much fun I had last night on the trails with my Jeep, I think I wanna lift it and put some beefier tires on it. If I do this, should I keep the stock parts also, and include them when I sell the truck?
I was thinkin to stay pretty mild, does 31 inch tires and a 3 inch lift sound like a good combo?

3-4 in. w/31's is pretty much the standard set-up w/o trimming.Sell the old springs to a CJ-er (sold my fronts in a week for 100$);buffer the cost some.

Sounds Good
3" Susp. lift 31x10.50 Bfg Mt's would be nice.

Would I be able to keep my stock wheels? Or would some new wheels be needed for the 10.50s?

31's will be fine on your stock wheels, but more than likely you'll want some nice alloys to go w/the lift and bigger tires.I got a really good deal on my alloys from 4wheelonline (or something to that tune),was a 4 for 3 special they had.177$ shipped. Many companies have similar specials.AGAIN,sell your stockers (sold mine for 75$),buffer the cost.;)

I have a 79 wt cherokee, used to have 31" AT's. I could go almost anywhere on a trail except wet sand. To me, the 31's look too small on a FSJ though. (Mine practically were swallowed by the wheel wells) The 31's fit on my stock rims.
