2150 on edelbrock manifold

Is it possible to mount the 2150 onto an edelbrock 4 barrel manifold? I'm assuming some sort of adapter plate will be needed and if so how hard to find or fab.?

Sold at all fine parts stores. $25.00 if I recall.

i use the one from summit. its layered so it will keep the fuel cooler, and u can drill it n shape it if u need to.

im using one now for the 2150.
