tadd, i havnt had any classes on this machine, just looked at pictures and started figuring a way to do it.
shackwrr, I have not determined a price yet, as i have not got an edge finder to be able to determine the center point of the ball joint hole so i can start drilling them out. Once i get my set milled/drilled/tapped then i will figure it out, i dont know if i will be doing it on a regular basis as this is my works machine and it would require alot of time off the clock to do.

Looks good, and pretty straightforward. If you don't mind, I have two questions for ya'.
1) How sturdy was the fixture using the welded angle iron?
2) Is the fixture mounted vertically, or at an angle?

dmntxn, i will still do yours if you send them up, i did break down and buy an extra set.
heepofajeep, there was a slight wobble, if i "dug" in too deep but if i take small passes then its as sturday as anything else, ive seen one guy use the clamp to hold the originall steering arm and just the bolt holding the bottom to the table, my anlge iron bracket is made out of 1/4 or one size less than, and i used machine tool steel to brace the top two pieces, i may end up working something else out once i convince my boss to let me buy a tilting table that has t-slots in it.
the fixture itself is actually at an angle, its matched to the bolt face(spindle face?) basically the top is machined parrallel to the bottom.
