:alc:+ :sawzall: in the morning??? He!!, its 5 o'clock somewhere!

But yes it can be unbolted. And the glass is an easy task and a good oportunity to replace that leaky gasket. Why not try to save it and sell it cheap for those of us who need interior parts...BTW, what color interior???

are you concerned about hitting any of the wiring?

You know, it would be much easier to just pop the glass out and unbolt the dash. Would be a pita to cut it out. Some people have been able to slice the part of the gasket that covers the top bolts off, and pull the dash with out removing the windshield.

You can also pull the dash without removing the w/s; I've done it but it is a 2-person job. Have the other person pry up on the w/s weatherstrip and using a long extension on a ratchet, you can get to the bolts holding the dash to the firewall.

I removed it by myself before without removing the WS. It was a 2 hour PITA, but I got it. You know even if you do cut it, you will still have to get under the dash to remove the nuts...

I've pulled one without the glass, what a major b*tch that was. I'd recommend just grabbing a new gasket and pulling the windshield, it will be far less frustrating and time consuming than working around it.
