Went on my yearly x-mas vacation trip to visit my parents in VA this past week. While I was there I did some searching for parts and scored this thing here:

Why am I happy about it? Heres why:

78 F250, HP D60 front and full time 4wd (np203) So I can do a doubler now if I want to. Found it at a small mom and pops repair shop. Guy did a some work to it (carb and brakes) and the owner came back for it wanting to make payments on the work. Guy said no, payment in full. Owner was never seen agan. He got a mecanics lein on it and got a clear title and put it up for sale. I pull up and look at it and the guy knocks $100 off his first price and offers to deliver it to my house with his roll back for free! SCORE!

Then waiting for me when I got back home last night droped off by santa fex-ex:

Got it real cheap because it stoped working for the guy. Got it un packed and pulled the solenoid box cover off and all that was wrong with it was one wire had come loose. Put a new end on it, hooked it back up and it works great! Just dont know what I am gonna do with it. I have the M12000 for my cherokee, and this M10000 is a little big for my YJ. So who knows.

That is what I was thinking....

Just throw a synthetic line on there to reduce the weight, and call it good.

That pic was actually taken after I pressure washed it pretty good (had a bunch of mud on it) The dust shields over the rotors are pretty mutch trash (the drivers side one in the pic has actually rusted loose and rubbing the rotor! lol) But all the rest of what you see is just mild surface rust. The pic makes it look worse than it is, my camera has its good days and bad days.
