You can get them recentred for fairly cheap.
Or DIY it. But, a lot of people don't swing that way.

This is something I was curious about too being that I think I just bought 5 wheels and tires with the runflats. I am curious to know if they can be mounted without any modifications to a WT or J20. ANyone?

Nope, you will either have to have them recentered, or put Dually hubs on the front and I am not sure that can be done on a D44. For the rear you would need spacers

I had my set of five 8-bolt HMMWV's built with pressed centers, PVC inserts, and rock rings for about $1200. I really couldn't tell ya how they balance. I never bothered since I'm running 39.5" Boggers. I wouldn't dream of running anything else. You won't find a cheaper set of double beadlock wheels.

Sounds like you have the 8 bolt style, you are going to want to ditch the run flats as well as recenter them. I have the 12 bolt style, and I liked the look of them to much to have them recentered. ;)

Man that's good looking. It doesn't look like those wheels are recentered, are they? I definitly need more info on that truck. Lift? Tire size? Thanks

Mine look like sjlplat's except I used rebar for my rock ring. I have about $800 in 4 rims with PVC inserts and tires.

No they are not recentered. I have the fronts on Dually Hubs off a Chevy one ton, and the rear I have a Van 14 bolt with 2" spacers. Lift is SOA and 2 1/2" lift springs in the front. Rear I inboarded Chevy 63" springs and flipped the shackle. Tires are Super Swamper Radials 39" X 15.50 X 16.5" One day I will even get to drive it! LOL

As to the tires, the 37" radial Goodyears are ok, but are not too quiet and my club-member to whom I sold my five has already ripped the sidewalls on two of them. They usually sell around here for $50/each in like-new condition. That's about what they're worth.
The best thing you can say about the 36" bias-ply HMMV tires is that they are sorta round. Any price more than free for them is really a rip-off...
