Air system sucks!!!!!!!!!

i dont know what experiances yall hav haid with that air thing , but today i decided to taik all that stuff out the air pump had been taken out by the PO and the hoses and had developed leeks that were leaking exoust in my engin compartment i bought bolts to plug the holes in the manifold. so after i had finished the right bank i started on the left the bolts for some reason had become rusted into the manifold so of cours hen i tried to iake them off i twisted the head off the bolt turning my minor exoust leak into a big one..........

Easiest repair is to grind the break off smooth, tap the center hole in that broken banjo-bolt for a 1/4" bolt and use high-temp silicone as the thread-sealer.

The only two good conditions for the AIR system are either completely intact and perfectly functioning, or completely removed and plugged with 3/4" long 9/16"-NF bolts.

Anything in-between is an exhaust-leak waiting to happen.

Course you could always weld the broken bolts over and be done with it.
