$75 for a plastic 23Gal from a 93 Chero sound right?

It was tempting, since that's my next major project. I'd use it as my main and trash the current 13. Thought it was pricey but askin the pros first...it said ZJ/23 so I'm assumin gallons...
Other tales from the junkyards:
--Found four good shape custom wheel caps (tall, red, white&blue, says Jeep, from an old Wag) but did not buy.
--Found factory owner's manual for 87 GW/J10/J20.
--BEAUTIFUL custom steel pipe frontend guard (black). Bolted in 4 places: 2 bumper, 2 under chassis. Guy told me $40 and it seems like a steal. Still thinkin...
--Next to new Modine oil cooler from another old Wag. $20. Still thinkin...

$75 and they pull the tank or you?
I wouldn't pay that much unless they pull it and guarantee it free of defects, meaning you can return it for a refund/exchange. I'm still stuck with a chevy van tank ($20) that has a "no return" policy.
Took it to a rad shop and they wanted $90 to clean it out and seal it up.
