I need info on some questions.
I am putting a 14 bolt on the rear from a chevy 3/4 ton. I am using the hubs and rotors off the 3/4 ton for my front so i have the same lug pattern. I am also installing the 4.10 gears from the chevy. I can't use the whole axle cause the diff is on the wrong side. Will I run into any problems???

Unless you're getting the rear shortened it's going to be quite a bit wider than the back. That's not all bad I guess, it'll just look kind funny, but I don't think it'll hurt anything. Duallies have wider rears than fronts...

It's not from a duallie, its a standard 3/4 ton.

Chev axles are wider than narow track, IE Wagoneer, N/T chero. Not sure if they are exactly the same, but they are about the same width as the wide track axles... Also you may need to re-locate your spring perches to line up with the springs. My Chero has chevy axles, but it is a wide track, so no problems. personally, if your set on the corp 14 rear, I would find a front axle with the correct diff location... maybe off of a cherokee, or j- truck, but expect to relocate perches

I may be wrong about the perches... I'll be corrected soon if I am! :D

there is a small spindle and a large spindle.i cant remember exactly what years had what, but yuoll need the large spindle to use the 3/4 ton 8 lug stuff.

simply, you just swap the brake backing plate and everything from the knuckle out.you shouldnt run into any prollems other than the normal disassembly troubles of getting the spindle free from the knuckle(i use a gear puller)

the 8 lug stuff will make your track width just alittle bit wider.you will have to grind the caliper for clearance if you want to use a 15" wheel. the 3/4 ton 10 bolt/44 caliper is basically the same as your stock caliper,so just hang yours out of the way.

im also about to put a 14 bolt into my rig,but ill be keeping the 6 lug front.we found a guy that makes some very nice brackets to put discs on a 14 bolt for $100,kyrel and i will be prolly jus getting from him stead of makin em.i can dig up the link if u r interested...
