Anyone have a good source for the e-brake bracket & lever for 76-78 Caddy Calipers? I just got some good rebuilt ones for my Disk conversion, but they didn't come with the bracket & lever. I found a set on eBay, but they're $40 + shipping, at least. Any other good sources?
Thanks!!

I have to add... I went to the GM dealer with the part number and a picture of a caddy caliper, year and make... and he could not find a single reference in ANY of the computer files to an e-brake arm. I ended up buying new calipers without the arm. I did find a guy on ebay that has a waterjet/plasma/laser that looks like he makes the bracket along with the mounting bracket for the caliper... So I emailed him and never got a response. I am thinking I will just make one on a waterjet and bend it up for my calipers.

i was able to find some levers from a 77 eldorado, they worked fine on even my 85 eldo rear calis. than i just slipped the Ebrake cable from the drum backing plate onto this caddy lever, and fabbed a bracket that bolted to one of the Ubolts for the leaf spring. if i can find me pics ill post them too.

JeepNOFEAR, I found that last night & I'm probably going to get it too! How do you like it? I still need the caliper bracket & all the other stuff & that kit should be a little cheaper than buying it all seperate.
Thanks!
Kenall, I don't have any good yards around here to pull stuff from, unfortunately, so that's not an option for me. Thanks though!

These are the ones I was looking at for the D60 rear I have. The one JeepNOFEAR posted is for the 14 bolt rear.

I haven't installed them yet, but they look to be very good quality.

Got my brackets in today, they look really good. they're made out of really thick metal, so I think they'll work just fine! I'll post back after I get them put on.

Mike,
I wish I would have noticed this post earlier. The seller of the kits, Paul Bowman, worked with me to create the Jeep D60 disk brake conversion and I received and installed the prototype.
I love it. Although, I have yet to find and install the parking brake cables.
If you click on my website below, I did a write up on the conversion. The only difference is that I used washers for a spacer and he includes the spacer with the kit.
