This a good carb for my GWag? Carb guys HELP!

I picked this up today at my junk yard as well as the cool filter and a pile of other stuff... It was on a grand Wag and looks nearly new. on the front of the air intake it says, 4412-2 over 1999. on the top it says, 6R 3250 B 3D
Is this a good one for me? I was going to re-build my original but this one looks a HECK of a lot better! And what $$$ do these run new?

That woudl be a 2brl holley(manual choke unless coverted) It will hook up to your current 2brl manifold. They are worse on gas though than a motorcraft 2brl. I had one on my 80J10 and removed it due to gas consumption. W/ it, my milage dipped as low as 7mpg. They are good as far as performance but poor in the milage standpoint. The 4412 holley's run 200.00 new. You woudl be better off selling that one for half price or more and go ahead w/ your plan of rebuilding the factory carb. Craig

wow... don't think this is the one for me! Oh well, no biggy, I got it dirt cheep so I'll just sell it on Ebay and get me a re-build kit! :D
