Projection and emissions

I am getting ready to install a projection on my J20 360. I plan to use the O2 sensor before the catalytic converter. Has anyone has issues with emissions testing with this setup. My smog stuff is long gone before I bought the truck and I have yet to go through emissions in MD yet (the truck was from VT). I am hoping the combination of FI and the O2 sensor will more than compensate for the smog pump and other emissions crap.

well it all depends on the state. the projection system does not have a C.A.R.B. ((california air resorce board) number and they state for off road use. if your state only does the tail sniffer test and is not to nazi-istic like Ca. then ya might be able to get away with it. if they just do an underhood look around just make it all look stock-ish with a big old stock air cleaner to hide most of it.
i am in the emmisions hell known as California thats why i took my liberty of being in the military and registered mine in arizona :D
ask your DMV what they do and work around it

hi, i installed that system on my jeep, the o2 from my observations didnt do anything(then again i didnt drive it anywhere)

as for the emissions, i had just a car and the closed loop kit and i failed by like .01 on the co, everything else was good(i didnt have AIR or EGR)
i dont know if it will work for you, but thats how mine worked(mods listed in sig)
