anyone have a link to a distributor of rebuildable heim joints? I've heard Auroras are rebuildable, but I know there has to be more out there.

I'm looking for one or 2 HUGE (like 1.25"-1.5") heims for the 3-link i'm going to do on the back of the wag in the spring. I want to basically do graderball without using a ball. I saw some pics of one done with a HUGE heim and I really liked that idea. The idea of the whole rear end on one rotational point seems quite flexy to me. I'll custom make brackets depending on what coils I can get a good deal on.

I'm going to try it with these half-wrangler hybrid leaf springs for now, but leaves are only so good in the end. So i figured I'd start brainstorming.

Although I think their price outweighs their benefits. I run the 1.25" FK heims which are arguably stronger since they are not rebuildable. They are so tight even after me beating on them for almost a year that I can't misalign the link by hand.

evo joints all the way. (the second link that andrew posted).

these things are absolutely beef.

as andrew said the fk's are the way to go for non-rebuildable (actually they are rebuildable, but you have to send them out and costs almost as much as a new joint) but after a few years of beatings having rebuildable is nice.

the evo is the ultimate in beef.

you just have to hold one of these things in you hands and youll be sold. i have 4 of them for traction bars for now and will be using the same ones when i link my rig.

I forgot about the thread, silly me. Thanks for the Links, I do like those Evo joints. we shall see how these half-*** rear leaf springs work out, if they suck I'm getting rid of them ASAP, if they wrok decent i'll hold out until I have finished some other stuff before I do the coils. Either way, i'll eventually coil it, and i'll likey use those evo heims. thanks guys.
