Will a 1984 Jeep Grand Wagoneer rear axle with 3.31 gears fit onto a 1983 J-10? And does anybody know where i can get a rear step bumper for my 83 j-10?

Problem is that the Wagoneer axle is something like 6 inches shorter than the J10's axles. The J10 uses the wide trac axle under it.

And the spring-perches are the wrong width, since the frame-rails sit further apart in the J-trucks compared to the wagons.

And sorry, can't help you with the step bumper.

Check your local auto parts store as I bought a new one for my F150 for $125. (step bumper that is)
