I have a 74 wagoneer that i recently purchased custom leaf springs for. when i went to install the front springs they were about three inches too short. the front shackle was completely back towards the engine. I called the the spring company and they were baffled. they asked me to give them some measurements (eye to eye, center bolt to eye, etc.). what I was wondering was If any one has (or knows where i can find) the stock measurements for the front and rear springs for both the early fsj and the later models. I plan to measure everything when I get back, but would like to know what Im supposed to be looking for when i get there. thanks in advance.

Do you have similar specs for the rear spings on the same 74?

If you go to Rancho's site and look up the part # for your truck, and then click on the specifications link you can scroll through all part numbers to find your's. I don't have them copied.

DustDog,
What sort of lift did you have them build into those springs?
Did you have them built off your existing measurments?
All new?
Rearch?
Any extra leaves added?

There are really only two measuments for Wag's as far as front hanger placement goes, 63-73 and 74-91.
Let us know your hanger measurements (eye to eye) and this will be easy to confirm.
