Put new sweeps on the tailgate, now if I could just figure out why the bottom channel catches on the inside sweep clips just before the fully closed position and tries to turn the tailgate inside out? I can leave it down a little, but this rattles like the dickens and water can blow in. I thought it was the clips that were broken on the inside, but that wasn't it. Could it be the side channels are worn letting the window "lean" into the sweep too far? Is there any adjustment on those things? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure it's catching on the bottom and not the glass sticking up on the very top lip?

If you look on the sides of the tailgate, you'll see 2 screws per side, one near the top and one near the bottom 1/3 mark. If those are missing it'll allow the window channels to move around, and if they're loose (they're short, so if they get loose they'll fall out quickly), the channel can twist a little.

Look there first, and if that's not it there's a write up or two in the tech section on the ifsja home page.

I just leave it cracked for now,m but really need to chase it down.
