d20shifter?

hey all i was wondering if there is a rebuild kit for the shifters for the d20 as to mine doesnt seem to lock in two wheel drive a nd rattles like no other. thanks

i have that same problem, im going to twin stick. as for fixing it try here Dana 20 Fix (http://www.ifsja.org/tech/tcase/d20.shtml)

the rattling is normal(?) the shift boot should supress some of it though.

My cherokee didnt come with a shifter boot, just a piece of rubber with a slit in it. If it rattles that much in 2wd then I would venture to say the lower part of the shifter or the linkage it connects to is just really warn. If you dont want to twin stick, just grab another assembly from a forum member.
