Sorry about all the questions, this is the first time ive messed with the heads. Usually have them checked by a shop. Anyway, the rockers have no grove on the spring contact point, and just some shiny, slight groove wear on the push rod side. Im guessing that as long as there isn't some real bad looking deformations or irregular wear, that these will be fine. Thanks, Dennis

The Rockers sound like they are fine. You are putting new lifters in right? Title of post had me wondering.

Krazy_Jeepman....
Just being on graveyard messes with your sleep habits....
some times sleep 4 hours..and wake up feeling great ---- other times feeling dead, and sleep 10 hours on friday.....wake up feeling like some one druged me.....
some times even less sleep.... i account it all to being on the nite shift for 6 years... it sucked when i started..... and it still does mostly.
