Manual conversion for tailgate window

I seen grandwagoneers.com has a manual conversion for the tailgate window. Anybody got it? Price? Quality? Installation?

Just be sure it's not the one from Crown. I think that was who was selling the one that everyone had trouble with. Any which way there is a really bad one out there that the gears don't match up quite right on and it will strip out.
