Just picked this big boy up this afternoon. :D

Warn M12,000. It was fun picking that thing up off the ground. Had to drive like a hour and a half to get it, but for $500 I dont think I did too bad. He couldnt get it to work, says the solonoids are probably bad, he said the ones on it are off a mustang or something like that. He hooked it up and they clicked, but thats about it. I may or may not have messed up there, but he knocked 100 off the asking price since he couldnt get it to run (was asking 600) The cable at the end looks a little "iffy" so I will either trim it back a few feet, or I might look into some rope if there is any out there rated for that mutch weight.

I have a couple questions about it. The metal bars that go across the cable, there is only 3, should there be 4? There are holes where it looks like a 4th one goes, but thers not one there. Also, is there anywhere (other than warn) I could I get a wireing diagram for the correct wireing of the remote wires to the solonoids, and the correct terminals to connect to your battery, I just want to make sure its all wired up correctly. It looks like it been into a couple times. And last, is there anyhere (other than directly from warn) I can get parts for it? Like the missing bar and new solonoids. Thanks for any help you can offer.

replacement solynoids run like $15.99 cant remember off the top of my head on the tierods..

you should be able to go to warns website and get a break down of the parts and wirings diagram.

If you call warn and ask them where to buy parts they will probably give you this number.. 1-800-257-4294

Is there any way to test the solonoids one by one? They might not all be bad, or am I just better off replaceing them all.

your standard solynoid is not ment for continuous duty. Get a Warn one from a distributor..
