Deciding to take the Jeep for its weekly run to lubricate everything and keep the battery charged, I made it out of the garage about 20 feet when it died. Nothing. No ignition, no seatbelt alarm, no power period. Did a fuse blow or something else?

Check your battery cables, I just had the same problem, and that fixed it.

Sounds like ignition module.

uhhmn, sounds more like either a battry connection or a blown fusable link. check the harness around the right exhaust manifold.

check the starter soleniod too, might have a loose wire. Mine did that once

Agree. If there is NO power then it's got to be the battery cable(s) or the fuseable link. In case you don't know the fuseable link has no "fuse" but is a heavy guage wire that runs from the bulkhead connector on the firewall with connections to the alternator and starter relay. As Andy said locate that wire(I believe it's red) and check it through the harness to see if it's burnt. Check the battery cables and connections first and clean them up.
If you don't run the wag for periods of time get one of these (http://www.jcwhitney.com/wcsstore/jcwhitney/images/imagecache/I30891.gif) to disconnect the battery and prevent corrosion, dead battery, etc... They can be had for a few bucks locally.

Thanks guys. The battery that I had in there is toast. It split open on one side completely. The fusible link sounds like it might be the problem as there still wasn't any power when I put a diffent one in.

Sometimes fusible links don't burn through and they just break inside the insulation. Sometimes you can feel the break {exta flexible in one spot} and sometimes you can't. Best way is check for power through it.

Well, I replaced the starter solenoid and the battery today, but as soon as I connected both battery cables the seat belt buzzer went off, without the key being turned on. Of course while installing the new starter solenoid, in the directions which I read after, it said not to loosen a pair of nuts, which I already had. So do I need to go get another one? Or is there a good chance that there is a short somewhere on the fusible link?
