TFI conversion?

Another Noob question: What is a TFI conversion and is it hard to do?

The Thick Film Integrated coil conversion is quite simple and inexpensive to do. It involves swapping cap, rotor, coil, wires and cap adapter from a newer (86 and up?) Ford 460. Gives you a hotter spark and the larger cap stops cross firing. The only odd thing I found in my research was the differing degrees of performance improvement between individuals.
