Just alittle progress. Might get it under the Jeep this weekend. My high steer arms and spacers should be here friday from Poison Spyder. Can't wait!

Sweet. That kingpin cap sure looks shiny. Is it new? Do the Poison Spider hsa's eliminate the need for the spring or do they just take the place of the cap?

Kingpins have been rebuilt. The arms will reuse the spring.

Chevy 3/4 ton.
hmmm, thats interesting. we put chevy 3/4 ton brakes on my friends ford 60 and we didnt have to use a 2 piece bracket to space the caliper back some like you have. i thot we used chevy rotors, but maybe WE used the ford rotor and it wasnt as deep, letting us use a flat single bracket.
did you mock it up at all with the ford rotor? not that it matters, your setup looks great, just a bit of curiosity on my part :)

The brackets are a kit from an awesome ebay seller. Hard_on_off_road or something like that. The clearance is perfect all the way around!
It would have taken me a LONG time to get these brackets right if I had to make them myself.

A little more progress.
Yes a D60 will absolutely bolt up to the front of a Wag.

So what do plan on doing for the drivers side u-bolts? You gonna use the ford plate and have them face down, or mock up some way to make them point up.

my friend used regular upward facing u bolts on his ford 60 with some grinding on the housing.
looks like you are going to need a taller arm. is that the case,or is it some kind of camera/angle illusion?

looks like a camera angle illusion to me.

Camera angle illusion. Those arms already have the 1" spacer installed. I will use regular up-facing ubolts on the pass side and the stock ones on the driverside.
