I have installed a GM TBI on my stock 2V manifold.

I'm using my stock throttle cable but it looks like it only opens 80-90%. I looked at the cable and linkage under the dash and it does not look adjustable.

There does seem to be some play in the pedal before it engages.

Anyone have this problem or know of a solution?

Good ideas.

I just put in new carpet and sound proofing...

I just performed a TBI swap on my waggy.

Did you ever solve the accelerator pedal problem? I can only open the throttle about 60 percent or so...

Get a cable from Lokar. It's the best and last throttle cable you'll ever buy. So unbeliveably smooth I had to put a stiffer return spring on.

You can use the first or second one. It's completely adjustable.
