Temp guage on the blink.

I removed my instrument cluster to lube the speedo cable and when I put everything back to gether the temp guage is on the blink. I chacked and everything is back on tichg (electrical connections).What gives?

is there a pin bent in one of the plugs?

No...I didn't see any bent plugs....
