trac bar relocation?

i was wondering after a 4in lift who has fabbed some kind of bracket to be able to use their trac bars. i would like to use mine because i feel more comfortable with the added stability. it is my daily driver and sees a fair amount of highway driving. i was looking to copy someone's work. i have access to a welder now and might consider trying it myself. i am not even sure where i would start to attempt to design something like this on my own.
