I have 96 GM 3/4T shackles up front... they are 3" wide and require a 9/16" washer on each side of the spring bushing. the front frame mount can be left alone if you grind down the center bushing of the GM shackle...you will gain about .75" as they are 1.75" longer than the FSJ shackle.

XJ shackles work for our FSJs. I have Rusty's XJ lift shackles at all 4 corners of my Wag, work great.

If you want a Revolver shackle will also provide the same amount of lift as the GM shackles but will open for more droop.

Hey my J-10 was doing the same thing.I just took the rear shakles off my '75 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 and put them on the front of my Jeep.It looks like it leveled it out.Hope this helps.
