I can't remember where I read it but I remember reading the specs for somebody's waggy not to long ago and seeing that it had D60s with warn 6bolt hub conversion done to it? I looked at warns site and didn't find anything. first question is does anybody know much about this? and second question is will 15inch rims fit over the brakes on front and rear D60's?

Well 15in rims won't fit over most Dana 60 calipers without either a lot of backspacing or grinding on the calipers or both. I run 16in rims on mine. You may have seen that Warn 6 lug conversion on my club site. One of the guys has it. I didn't see it on Warns site either but I'm pretty sure they still make it. My advice would be to call Warn. It's an expensive kit thought and I think 8 lugs are cooler than 6 ;)

yah it was your site *goes to actually bookmark it this time*

if 15 inch rims wont clear D60 calipers than its pointless to me to change the bolt pattern. I have a D60 to go in my J-10 from a J-20 and I plan on eventually running 35's, someday i'll find a D60 for a spring over in the front.

am i correct in assuming that this kit includes a new d60 hub that lets you use the smaller 1/2 ton 6 lug rotor and caliper, making it easy to fit the 15" rim?

what about simply redrilling the stock hub and maching the hub and/or 6 lug rotor to fit?

then youd just need to make a caliper bracket...

Wagoner machine and offroad products makes a 15in conversion for the dana 60, but I think it still retains the 8 lug pattern. I would search on Pirate 4x4 they have alot of topics discusing this.
Here is a link to the kit: 15in brake kit (http://www.wagonermachine.com/15wheeldiscbrake.htm)
