This was purchased by my family in 1994 when we lived in Tacoma, Washington, but now we live in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Jeep was handed down to me on my 16th birthday (in 1998). Personally I hated the vehicle, but I soon learned of its power. I knew nothing about cars and trucks until I got interested in lifted my Jeep, in the fall of 1999. This is when I learned about the IFSJA group and other internet informational sites. I am now 18 years old (Jan. 01)and I have learned so much when it comes to trucks, Jeeps, and FSJs. I now love my Jeep.
Modifications
Engine: V-8 360 ci, 5.9 liter, rebuilt (winter of 2000) 107,000 miles (01/30/01)
Suspension: front- 3" Rough Country springs rear- Rough Country add-a-leafs, and 3" blocks (all installed by myself and my dad, VERY big accomplishment)
Tires: 32 x 10.5, 15 TSL Radial Super Swampers (nice hummmmmmmm)
Intake: K&N air filter
Audio: fold-down Kenwood CD player, (4) JBL 5 1/4" speakers, (2) 10" JBL
subwoofers, 400 watt 2-channel California Jam Series Amplifier
Exhaust: single 3" cat-back pipe with a 2-chamber 40 series Flowmaster, a (supposed) high flow cat
Phone: a cool old school car phone that is fun to sing into (which doesn't work), and if i really need to talk to someone, I have a Nokia cell phone
