Camping at the 05 Invasion

I was planning on Arrowhead, but theres been some question on the group camp...

Heres how I see each:

Group Camp or Arrowhead?

Advantages for:

Arrowhead,-each person pays for their own spot.
Group Camp-Plenty of room for everyone, better group dynamics

Disadvantages:

Arrowhead-smaller area, may not hold everyone

Group Camp-takes close to $400 to reserve it for the whole weekend and an extra night (unless Janet helps which could be an option)

I say group camp as long as we can have access to Arrowhead to access the showers.

I heard a rumor that they are building a Bathhouse in the group camp too.

The question is how to cover the cost of the group camp...

I would vote for the Group Camp also.

Maybe you can get Clubs to reserve the sites before hand, then re-imburse them at the Invasion once everyone pays the registration fee. That way the Clubs loan the site fees until the Invasion.

My club would be glad to reserve one of the sites for the weekend. Would only need 2 other clubs now.

Also, check with Janet to see if we can pay an additional fee with each site for access to the bathhouse at Arrowhead for everyone staying at the groupcamp instead of each person having to track her down every time they want a shower.

Let me know what the plan will be.

Yea, thats a great Idea Chris....Ill talk to SORA and see if we can get one of the sites too.I think well roll with that one...Ill call Janet and see what she can and cant do... PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHICH ONE YALL RESERVE!!!

Its been confirmed, the Uwharrie Group Camp now has its own bathhouse in camp! 4 showers with HOT water!
